These Terms & Conditions apply to all wholesale inquiries, partnership agreements, and business interactions conducted through this website or directly with our team.

All wholesale partnerships are entered into on a mutual, voluntary basis following a review process. PSV Trading LLC reserves the right to evaluate each potential partnership individually and to decline any inquiry that does not align with our distribution model. We do not guarantee minimum order volumes unless agreed upon in writing. Partnership terms, including pricing, order cadence, and channel agreements, are established individually for each supplier relationship.

PSV Trading LLC is committed to respecting Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policies established by brand owners and authorized distributors. We do not knowingly list or sell products below MAP on any retail channel. If a MAP policy is communicated to us in writing at the time of partnership setup, we will enforce it within our operations. We reserve the right to adjust our distribution approach if MAP policies are updated by the supplier, provided we are notified in a timely manner.

PSV Trading LLC distributes products exclusively through retail channels that are either authorized by the brand or consistent with standard U.S. wholesale distribution practices. We do not sell through unauthorized third-party accounts or grey-market channels. Channel selection is discussed and agreed upon with each supplier as part of the partnership setup process.

PSV Trading LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from any business relationship or the absence of one. Our liability in any dispute is limited to the value of the specific transaction in question. We make no guarantees regarding market performance, sales velocity, or retail outcomes for any product we distribute.

Any pricing information, supply chain details, or business terms shared between PSV Trading LLC and its partners are treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without written consent. We expect the same level of discretion from our partners regarding our purchasing terms and operational details.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes arising from business relationships described on this website or conducted with PSV Trading LLC shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Florida.

PSV Trading LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes become effective upon publication to this page.
